Privacy Policy

This is what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over it. We do not sell or share your data. We keep the smallest amount of information we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address (from Google, Apple, or a one-time code sent to your inbox), and a name or avatar if you choose to add one. We also store your timezone and notification preferences.
• Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and your subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
• Forwarded notifications. When you set up email forwarding, we receive and read the notification emails your marketplace sends you. We keep them for 90 days on Free and 1 year on Pro, then delete them.
• Connected shop data. If you connect your shop, we read the public parts — listings, tags, and categories — so we can tailor your alerts. We do not read orders, messages, or buyer information.
• Appeal documents. Files you upload for an appeal are stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after the appeal is sent.
• Usage data. Basic page-view counts. No cookies for tracking, no pixels, no third parties watching you.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service you signed up for. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

• Access.Download a copy of your data as a zip from Settings → Data.
• Deletion.One click in Settings → Data. Everything we hold for you is removed within 24 hours.
• Portability. Exports are in common formats (JSON, PDF, DOCX) so you can take your data with you.
• EU and UK users. You have additional rights under local law. Email us and we will handle your request.
• California users. You have the same effective controls described above.

Cookies

One cookie, used to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies. No third-party pixels.

How long we keep your data

• Forwarded notifications. 90 days on Free, 1 year on Pro, then deleted.
• Policy snapshots. Kept indefinitely as reference material. They contain no personal data about you.
• Uploaded appeal documents. Deleted 30 days after the appeal is sent.
• Account data. Kept until you close your account. Once you do, it is removed within 24 hours.
