Etsy prohibits the sale of items designed or marketed to cause injury or harm. Etsy also prohibits the sale of certain items associated with weapons, as well as items that could reasonably be mistaken for weapons.

How to stay compliant

1. Delist any item that is a functional firearm, functional bladed weapon, or ammunition.
2. Review listings for imitation or replica firearms — these are also prohibited.
3. If the item is a collectible or antique, confirm it meets Etsy's specific exemptions before relisting.
