How to stay compliant
- Audit your shop description and About section to ensure they accurately describe what you currently sell and how it is made.
- Update any listing that previously described a handmade process but now ships a different, non-handmade item.
- If you have transitioned to using a production partner or print-on-demand service, add production partner disclosures to all relevant listings.
- Post a shop announcement if your product line has changed significantly, so buyers understand what to expect.
- Remove any claim of 'handmade' or 'made by me' from listings that no longer meet that standard.
