Listing-level Creativity Standards appeal

Items sold in the Handmade category must fit one of four categories: Made by the seller, Designed by the seller, Handpicked by the seller (vintage), or Sourced by the seller (craft supplies). Listings removed under Creativity Standards after July 15, 2025 may be appealed within 90 days via Shop Manager.

How to stay compliant

1. Identify which Creativity Standards category applies to the removed listing: Made, Designed, Handpicked, or Sourced.
2. Gather process evidence: photos, videos (up to 3 minutes), supplier invoices, design files — specific to the category.
3. In Shop Manager, go to Policy violations and find the removed listing.
4. Click View & appeal, then Start an appeal — this path is only available for Creativity Standards removals after July 15, 2025.
5. Submit your appeal within 90 days of removal. After 90 days the removal becomes permanent.
6. Expect a decision in 10-12 business days. A denied appeal is final — there is no second appeal for the same listing.
